The inaugural program is open to African Methodist Episcopal women pastors, especially those navigating the unique challenges of ministry leadership and personal life. If you are passionate about developing your leadership skills and connecting with a network of supportive women leaders, this initiative is for you.

The monthly virtual meetings will last approximately 60–90 minutes and include:
Tools and strategies for leadership development, financial empowerment, work-life balance, self-care, and much more.
Practical discussions tailored to the needs of women pastors.
Opportunities for networking and sharing experiences with other participants.

The quarterly in-person gatherings are designed as immersive experiences to deepen engagement and foster renewal. These sessions will include:
